Baby Towkay Garments 

[Defect / Wrong size/ Wrong Item sent - Exchange/Refund Policy]

For Singapore Orders, 

This is totally unexpected, we are really sorry about this! :(

Please drop us an email with the following to babytowkay@gmail.com

- Order reference (preferably with the email order confirmation) 

- Let us know what is the reason / For defect pieces, please attach photos

- How you would like us to resolve (Please see options below)

Our Baby Towkay CS personnel will contact you within 24 hours. You may choose to opt for an exchange of the same item (at no cost to you), select another design or simply request for a full refund - whichever you prefer. If you decide to go for another design of higher value, you will need you to pay the difference, else if it's of lower value, we will refund you accordingly. 

To return us the defect/wrong piece you received, once we have acknowledge your request, you will receive a shipment label from us via email. You are required to attach it to your parcel. The courier personnel will collect it from you on the date specified by us. 

For all return pieces, please make sure the clothes are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging. 

For International Orders,

We are totally sorry that you waited quite some time to receive a product that is not up to your expectation! :( 

The only way we can resolve this, as of now is that we provide you with a full refund. Please send an email to us at babytowkay@gmail.com so we can inform you on how to return it back to us. 

 

[Change of mind - Refund Policy]

Both Singapore & International Orders

If you decide to withdraw your purchase after receiving the item, you may opt for a refund within 2 working days from the delivery date. Please take note that the refund will not be in full & you are expected to return the garment back to us via your own arrangements and costs. We advise that you send it via a traceable courier method as we are not liable for any missing parcels :)

Refund amount will exclude the cost of shipping and any processing fee involved - amount refunded will just be the value of the garment. 

For all return pieces, please make sure the clothes are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Refunds/exchange will only be processed after we have confirmed that the return item is in its original condition and packaging.

 

Play Yards

[Defect / Missing Parts]

We are regrettably sorry about this! If one part of the play yard is missing or faulty, please send us an email to babytowkay@gmail.com with the following:

- Order reference

- A picture of the defect / inform us of the missing part 

Our customer service personnel will get back to you within 24 hours on the availability of the part. If it is available, we will arrange to send it over to you within 1-2 working days, else please give us 2 weeks to have it shipped over from our supplier. 

[Change of mind - Refund Policy]

If you decided not to have the play yard upon receiving it, you may opt for a refund. Refund amount will exclude the cost of shipping - $20 ; which means if you have paid $180 for the play yard, you will only get $160 refund. 

Play yard has to be unused and returned in its original packaging - this includes all the transparent plastic wrap used to contain the fences

You will need to make your own arrangements to have it returned to us. Do take note that the refund will be made only after we receive the play yard and once we have acknowledged that all is in place and in good condition.

Little Wiwa Play Mats

[Defect item]

We are sorry about this! :( Simply fill up the Return Form by clicking here and a Little Wiwa HQ personnel will attend to your query right away. Please get ready the receipt of purchase as it will be required to facilitate such request. 

Take Note: For any manufacturing fault, please contact us ASAP within 24 hours of opening the mat.

[Change of mind - Refund policy]

If you decided not to have the play mat upon receiving it, you may opt for a refund. Refund amount will exclude the shipping fee - $8; which means if you have paid $257 for the play yard, you will only get $249 refund.

We only allow returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 3 days of receiving the item. You will need to return sealed/ original stock item(s), including all original packaging (plastic, label, velcro straps and the box).

You will need to make your own arrangements to have it returned back to us. 

Do take note that the refund will be made only after we receive the play yard and once we have acknowledged that all is in place and in good condition.
