Exchange & Refund Policy (Updated 1st Nov 2021)
For Singapore Orders:
Please drop us an email with the following to email@example.com
- Order number & a screenshot of the email order confirmation
- Let us know the reason for the exchange/refund. For defect pieces, please attach clear photos of the defect
Our Baby Towkay CS personnel will contact you within 24 hours.
To qualify for an exchange:
Sales items are not allowed for exchange/refund. Any discount higher than 20% are considered sales items. Purchases made using discount codes 5-20% are still entitled for an exchange.
Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, with the packaging & tags intact.
Returns have to be made within 2 weeks from the day of purchase. Please factor in the courier duration.
Do note that Baby Towkay will process the request only if we receive the physical item(s).
Refunds will be made in the form of store credits/discount code.
For International Orders,
We are totally sorry that you waited quite some time to receive a product that is not up to your expectation! :(
However you will have to return the pieces to us at your own cost before we can process the exchange or a refund via store credits.
For international orders, we will scrutinize the pieces before sending out to ensure no defects.
[Change of mind - Refund Policy]
Both Singapore & International Orders
If you decide to withdraw your purchase after receiving the item, you may opt for a refund within 3 working days from the delivery date. Please take note that the refund will not be in full & you will need to return the garment back to us via your own arrangements and costs. We advise that you send it via a traceable courier method as we are not liable for any missing parcels :)
Refund amount will exclude the cost of shipping and any processing fee involved.
